Like its predecessor, Tears of the Kingdom features tons of cooking! This ranges from all sorts of dishes and elixirs. This time around, though, TotK provides a handy recipe tracking tool in-game so that you can cook recipes you've already discovered. If you haven't discovered all recipes in TotK yet, though, IGN can help. All recipes have been tested by IGN.
Tip: Did you know Link learns new recipes when he's gifted food or elixirs by NPC? Try helping them fight off Bokoblin or completing quck tasks for them to grow your recipe collection! Some recipes are also given as rewards for Side Adventures and Side Quests.

How to View Recipes in TotK
As mentioned, Tears of the Kingdom has a handy new feature that allows you to track how you made certain recipes previously. You can either check this by looking at a food item's recipe or see what recipes are related to an item you cooked with previously.
Checking Recipes with Existing Dishes
You can see what you need to recreate a dish (and access all your existing recipe cards) in the Food Menu.
- Press X in the Food Menu to view your recipes. Hovering over a specific food item will show the dishes' recipe when X is pressed.
- You can also press A to select a food item then scroll down to "Check recipe."
This is most helpful for checking what's needed to recreate a gifted recipe or see how you made an extra potent recipe in the past. Did you use two Hearty Truffles, or three? Now you can check with the History feature on the recipe cards!
Making Recipes from Specific Materials
If you've got something you want to cook with but don't know what to make, hover over the ingredient in the Materials menu and select it. Then, scroll down and press "Select for recipe."
It'll then pull up a menu to show you everything you've made with that ingredient. It won't expose new recipes though! You'll need to learn how to make them or, as mentioned, receive them from NPCs as rewards.
TotK Recipes in Order
Tears of the Kingdom assigns numbers to the recipes you collect. Below are all recipes we've found so far and how to make them. Each recipe also includes the official in-game description and details on health recovery and any bonus effects. Even more on food modifiers, details about
